Making Mermaid Magic!

Under the Sweet Eve Creations brand, my late friend Kathleen and I, came up with the first cheesecake filled chocolate dipped apple.  Our goal was to create something that was not only a delicous "worth the calories" treat, but would also be a visual delight.  Something unique, artsy, and would be a special gift for all major events in life, from new beginnings like birthdays to endings like divorces.  Honing in on our skills and rescources (she was a trained chocolatier and I am a chocolate lover and kitchen owner) together we embarked on hand painted, chocolate apple sculpture.  Kathleen was the creator of the first Mermaid apple.  She passed in 2021.  In honor of her memory I named the mermaid apple "La Contessa Catarina".  

I know she would have loved to share this experience with those who also appreciate the lush life!   So, with that in mind and in celebration of Kathleen's exquisite taste and artistry, I invite you to come and make a "La Contessa Catarina" chocolate mermaid apple with me!   

Flavor Combo: Chocolate Pecan Caramel & Cheesecake

We will provide all the ingredients you will need to leave the kitchen with your own boxed hand painted chocolate mermaid apple!  Ready for gifting (if you want... ;)!  

We will have some light snacks, water, tea, and coffee.  If you prefer something else, you are welcome to BYOB.  

This event is for people 15 years or older.  

Space is limited!  Tickets must be purchased in advance.
